Harbin attracts investment

In Chinese Harbin, the administrative center of the northeastern province of Heilongjiang, the border border with Russia, an online conference was held to attract investment to the region, Xinhua reported on September 23. According to the Harbin government, the conference was attended by over seven hundred participants and guests. During the discussions and negotiations, 21 cooperation agreements were signed. Expressing approval of the results of the forum, representatives of the city government emphasized that thanks to the policy of reform and openness, within the framework of which this and other events are held, Harbin establishes mutually beneficial ties with the outside world. This has a positive impact on its development and economic recovery following the epidemic of coronavirus infection. Note that this is the first event in Harbin after the spring epidemiological outbreak.
