Ex-coach of the Russian women's biathlon team suffered a heart attack

Former senior coach of the Russian women's biathlon team Wolfgang Pichler suffered a heart attack and was placed in an artificial coma. This was announced on September 28 by the Swedish edition of Expressen. It is noted that near the German city of Ruhpolding Pichler suffered a heart attack after cycling. The 65-year-old coach was reanimated on the spot, after which he was taken to the hospital in Traunstein. His condition is assessed as severe, but stable.
