Lukashenko spoke about the extradition of Russian citizens to Kiev

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that he would not extradite 33 Russian citizens detained near Minsk on July 29 to the Ukrainian side until Kiev proved their guilt. This was stated by Lukashenko in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Dmitry Gordon, published today, August 6.
