Coronavirus threat: nine graduates may be quarantined in Georgia
In Georgia, nine school graduates who passed a single national exam in the same class as a girl who was identified with coronavirus can be quarantined. This was announced on July 10 at a briefing by the head of the National Center for Disease Control Amiran Gamkrelidze, the agency InterprossNews reports. The head of the center noted that all these applicants will be given the opportunity to pass exams. Each time in front of them, graduates will be tested for coronavirus. With a high probability, they will need to be transferred to a quarantine space, and so it was agreed that before entering each exam they will have PCR testing, Gamkrelidze said. He added that observers present at the exam are not planned to be quarantined, since the videos show that they well complied with the requirements established by the Ministry of Health. According to the news agency, earlier in Georgia, one of the applicants who passed the uniform national exams revealed coronavirus.
