In Russia changed the rules for car numbers

The interior Ministry approved the regulation on the change of registration of region codes for cars. If earlier mostly been a two-digit codes and three digit started only from 1 or 7, will now enter three-digit codes that can begin with any digit from 1 to 9. This change has caused controversy in the Sverdlovsk region, where it is possible to use the number 666.
